Pharmacy Technician Program (Complete)

This 300 hours program is designed to prepare the student to become a Certified Pharmacy Technician. Preparation includes classroom instruction, supervised laboratory training and an externship as per the syllabus from Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) and/or National Health Career Association (NHA). Theory sessions may be held in the classroom and externship hours may be at a coordinated externship site.

(6:00 pm – 9:00 pm)

Fees: $2500 ($200 Non-Refundable Registration Plus $2300 Tuition)

Upon successful completion of the program the students may acquire skills and knowledge necessary to help a licensed pharmacists in dispensing prescription medication. Testing is conducted by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) and/or Institute for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ICPT) and/or National Health Career Association (NHA). Students successful complete the program may meet the training requirements of the California State Board of Pharmacy and may receive a California State License to practice as a Certified Pharmacy Technician.
